#37 Klamath Falls, Gilchrist
October 27, 2014 by Becca Jordan

Assistant, Becca Jordan, brings you this recap, thanks Becca! Gilchrist is a very friendly school, very helpful staff and great students. We had the opportunity to treat patients from grades K-12; they all share the same school in this small community. Staff came to visit the TT and were very friendly in the halls giving us tips on hiking and places for Dr. Carneiro to run. We saw 'The Big Tree' the largest Ponderosa Pine and went to Deschutes National Forest and hiked to Benham Falls. Oregon is beautiful! Check facebook for photos of our after- hours excursions.

From the kid gallery:
While Dr. Carneiro was drilling on a tooth the patient said it 'smelled like a bug that smokes in a bug zapper.'

Other notes:
44% of students screened needed treatment
56% needed no treatment.
