#1 De Paul Alternative High School
January 5, 2015 by Carrie Peterson

Hello and Happy New Year. My name is Carrie Peterson and I'm the new Program Manager for the Tooth Taxi program. Here is our first recap for the year.

Our first week was in Portland at De Paul Alternative High School. We had visitors from Concordia University, who are interested in our program and how it works, come spend some time with us this week. We were able to complete dental treatment on a number of students, several of whom had extensive needs. At the end of the week they showed their appreciation with a big thank you card signed by all of the students we saw.

On a final note, I would like to recognize Dr. Bill Ten Pas and exiting Tooth Taxi manager, Mary Daly, for their support, time and love dedicated to this program over the years. They will be missed.

Chandra Wade-Rogers RDH

Concordia University visitors;
Sarah M. Sweitzer, Cheryl Franceschi, Becky Boehne
Dr. Bill Ten, Pas DFO board member, ODS Senior VP

From the kid gallery:
'Can I give you some love, they don't give us love here,' as Catherine gave patient a hug.
