#26 Aumsville Elementary
September 14 – 25, 2015 by Carrie Peterson

After a two year break the Tooth Taxi returned to Aumsville Elementary, located about nine miles east of Salem. The staff at the school was very helpful, providing volunteers to help us all week and offering transportation to students after school.

Jodi Loper, with The Salem Boys and Girls Club, stopped by on Monday and we put her to work helping to take x-rays on over 30 kids.

We also had Heather Hemmert, RDH volunteer 10.5 hours of her time while we were at Aumsville Elementary. She was able to provide 21 kids with cleanings and place sealants on 21 teeth, helping to prevent them from getting future cavities. Thank you Heather!
